Engagement Session Rock Springs Run State Preserve.
An amazing Engagement Session at Rock Springs Run State Preserve. Holy Guacamole! I am so in love with this engagement session at Rock Springs Run and this couple and just everything! If I told you that it took us almost 10 tries to book this engagement session at Rock Springs Run State Preserve you would be shocked. Well yes that is truth. Florida weather has a way with that happening. But it was so worth the wait! So let’s talk about this engagement session for Vanessa and Chris at Rock Springs Run State Preserve. When I got to the state park I was a little freaked out because there was an electric gate that was locked shut and they were already inside! I was like well um ok how do I get in and how do they get out?! So with some luck the ranch owners inside had the code and alas! Making the drive on the dirt road was so much fun for me especially being a 4runner owner I was in dirt road heaven! As soon as we pulled up to our spot there was wild turkeys, deer and sand cranes just hanging out, no big deal. I even corralled some of the sand cranes to be in a few photos with Vanessa and Chris. I may or may not have put myself into some sort of danger but I am a pretty much do anything photographer. If you scrolled through all these images you may have noticed the change of location at the bottom. We got even more risky and ventured off into an abandoned nursery off state road 46. Every time I passed by this nursery I thought omg I need to shoot there but who would be willing enough to be that risky with me?! Well Vanessa and Chris were my match and they were so freaking awesome! One thing that also really excited me about this session is the dark moody and muted feel. I also look forward to Vanessa and Chris’ wedding in December at Bridle Oaks Barn!
