Engagement Session at Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens.
Let’s take a look back to this Engagement session at Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens featuring Kayla and Ernest. I love shooting at these gardens because it is such a magical experience every time. If you have never heard about this little gem in Ormond Beach, I seriously encourage you to visit the Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens. I asked Kayla and Ernest why they wanted to have their session at this location of choosing, and the answer was “It reminds us of Jamaica”. It seriously is that much of a hidden treasure!
These two rocked their session!
Kayla and Ernest were all laugh and smiles. I joked with them that I tell everyone at my sessions the same thing but honestly these two had a dynamic chemistry of contagious giggles and feels. I could not get enough of those candid moments that you just can’t make up! I always encourage my couples to pretend I am not even there. I ask them to look anywhere but at me. I tell them to say something to the other that will make them laugh. Most of the time these two were already on that page! As we moved through our session it was over before we even knew it. I just love how the end of my shoot when we get to the waterfall it’s like the grand finale of our session. You really forget that you are in Florida and imagine you are in the jungle tropics far far away. It is so easy to get lost into someone else’s feelings at the place like this. I love making engagement sessions feel like an adventure. So here’s to great adventures and the engagement of these two lovely humans! Congratulations and I can’t wait for the wedding next year.
